As for a bit of background Zero Day Gear is a family owned and operated business.  We try very hard to operate in a professional manner but at the end of the day our total staff can be counted on one hand.

Late last week we welcomed a new member come into our family --- a whole 3 weeks early!  Everyone is healthy and mostly happy (a lack of sleep is real). With the new child coming 3 weeks early it caused a bit of delay for several orders.  If yours was one of the delayed orders we are terribly sorry that you've experienced a delay.  Slow shipping and order fulfillment goes against our ethos as a company. We don't like it any more than you do.

With all this said --  we are still shipping.  We are still available for assistance via our help portal.  We will ensure that your order makes it to you ASAP.  As always -- if there is anything we can do to help in any case please don't hesitate to reach out to us via our support channels.

Machine breakage

Identified

Of the several machines we have available to us at our shop, we are still down one of the more efficient cutting machines.  We have a ticket in with our vendor to service the machine.

One of our several machines has gone offline.  We have identified the issue with the machine --  however --  we're being told that it may take some time for it to be fixed.

Not to worry!  We have backups in place --  while the backups are still able to produce accurate products they are a bit slower.  We have pulled them out of storage and are getting them up and running.
