We have had several reports that orders are slightly delayed. All orders that are delayed were shipped via USPS, we are still trying to understand where the hold up is. We will surely ensure every order is delivered ASAP. Do apologize for the delay!

At this time we have enabled USPS Priority/Expedited shipping for our store.

We are advertising this as a "2-5 day" delivery service.   Please understand that this is not a USPS guaranteed day-specific delivery service and delays can still occur.

This service is being offered as a way to attempt to get orders into the hands of customers faster.  Typically the USPS would advertise Priority as a "2-3 day" service but due to the ongoing global pandemic we would estimate that this delivery guidance is no longer in effect.

The bottom line: If you are in a hurry for your order selecting USPS Expedited service option is the best way to ensure the fastest delivery.  If waiting a bit longer is OK: stay with our Free / USPS Standard options.

As of today (April 15, 2020) we are shipping 6 days a week!As always, if the item can be added to your cart it's expected to be shipped.

To provide an update:

We continue to ship 6 days a week with the USPS.  Our local USPS delivery area has been impacted by COVID-19.  News has been reporting that the USPS will only be delivery once every other day.  Please see the news here: https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/some-se-michigan-zip-codes-to-receive-mail-every-other-day-due-to-covid-19.

Our local USPS carrier has been picking up our mail every single day thus far and according to him, plans to be for the foreseeable future.

An inconvenience our customers have been noticing is that there may be several days without any type of tracking updates provided by the USPS. For instance the order will be 'accepted' in Clarkston, MI (where we're based) but will then not be scanned until it reaches a far off Postal Service sorting center more nearer to the delivery address.

Please expect less tracking notifications along the route to you.  This seems to be the 'new normal' for tracking with the Postal Service.

Rest assured we are shipping 6 days a week and will ensure that your order is in to the system ASAP for the quickest possible delivery.

Simply put:  IF THE USPS IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS --  ZERO DAY GEAR IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

With the ongoing pandemic please expect the same processing speed.  Orders are shipped same or 1 business day after being received.

Note: We are now shipping 6 days a week!

The only difference is our ability to expedite orders received late in the afternoon as we had done in the past. Orders received after cutoff time will for sure be shipped WITHIN 1 shipping day.
