Machine breakage

We have a replacement computer controlled code cutting key machine in place, with the down machine currently in for service.  Here is looking to the future with a larger arsenal of machines at our disposal the outlook is good.

A new machine has been received.  It's not 100% operational yet -- but it's close.  Our broken machine is outside warranty period but will still be shipped back to the factory for repairs.  We're close to being in a good spot with machines.

Of the several machines we have available to us at our shop, we are still down one of the more efficient cutting machines.  We have a ticket in with our vendor to service the machine.

One of our several machines has gone offline.  We have identified the issue with the machine --  however --  we're being told that it may take some time for it to be fixed.

Not to worry!  We have backups in place --  while the backups are still able to produce accurate products they are a bit slower.  We have pulled them out of storage and are getting them up and running.
