How to Return an Item:
All return requests need to come from the customer account area.
- Please login to your account by clicking Account on the top of this site.
- Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.
- Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
- Complete all form questions.
- Click Submit Return Request.
An email will be delivered to your address confirming that the RMA has been submitted. One of our support personal will be notified and contact you to arrange reshipment.
When returning merchandise it is extremely important to put the RMA number on the outside of the mailer. Without this RMA number your return may be significantly delayed... please ensure it's on the package. The RMA number is the return ID.
