The moment we hit 'refund' on our side it's been sent to the payment process for immediate refund and is out of our hands. In most cases it's up to the issuing bank (your bank) to determine how long refunds take to appear on a statement. There sadly isn't anyway for us, or our processor, to increase the speed in which a refund appears back on your statement.
Some typical time frames:
Credit Card: 3-5 days (usually sooner)
PayPal: Immediate Refunds.
If after a week you still do not see the refund posted to your account, please do contact us again so we can investigate from our end.
