How do I track my shipped order?

Once your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during checkout. The tracking number will also be attached to your order details of your ZeroDayGear.com account. If you don't see an email from us, please check your SPAM or BULK email folder as it may have been directed there by your email host.

It is important to note that USPS tracking may NOT provide step-by-step tracking while in route to you.  There have been instances where tracking details are not updated until the parcel is actually at your local post office.  This is normal.

For your convenience we have a dedicated tracking page located at https://track.ZeroDayGear.com.  You will need Order ID and Email address used to place the order.  Once you enter in this information tracking details will be displayed.

Should the order be undelivered due to an 'alert' an email will be sent to the address used to complete your purchase.  Please check the details of this message and if necessary contact us for assistance.  1

While our tracking portal usually is spot on, there may be a small delay.   Visit the USPS tracking portal should you need up to the second tracking details.
