Our shipping times are very simple. We ship 5 days a week (Monday - Friday; less holidays). All orders received in the system before 9:45 AM Eastern (GMT-4) will be shipped same day. While we will of course try to process orders received after 9:45 AM the same day, we are not able guarantee it. If the item has been added to your cart, and you've checked out, the order is now in the queue for immediate processing and shipment.
If after placing your order, you notice an error with the delivery address or some other important detail, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the error. Once submitted, it will be processed in the order it was received. If there are not any orders in front of you, it could move very rapidly through our warehouse.
